We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

48 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged a 50% service fee of the treatment amount.

No-shows
You will be charged the full amount for any "No Show" appointment. That is any time you don't show up and have not called to cancel the appointment. So please call and if I do not answer leave a message, 505.710.7996.

Late Arrivals
Your appointment starts at the time agreed on. If you are late, the appointment will end on the original end time. You will be charged for the full session.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR OR LANGUAGE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. THE SESSION WILL END IMMEDIATELY AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL PAYMENT.

YOU MUST BE COVERED WITH A SHEET OR TOWEL AT ALL TIMES DURING THE MASSAGE.                         

PROMOTIONAL GIFT CERTIFICATES WILL HAVE A 3-12 MONTH EXPIRATION DATE. AFTER EXPIRATION DATE, PROMOTIONAL GIFT CERTIFICATE WILL ONLY BE OF VALUE FOR THE PURCHASED AMOUNT. ALL OTHER GIFT CERTIFICATES WILL HAVE A FIVE YEAR EXPIRATION DATE. ALL GIFT CERTIFICATES CAN NOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH OR REFUNDED.
